Heavy pain in my stomach and the cloud like figure above my bed

My Story: It was around 2am and i was sleeping peacefully. Suddenly, i feel pain on my stomach; as if someone were pushing on it as hard as possible. As if an elephant were standing on me. The pain went on for 2 minutes. I couldn't move--only my eyes were moving in circles, trying to look for what was causing the pain. Nothing. Then, the pain was gone and so i went back to sleep. I woke up a second time with the same pain--same thing happened. The third time, the pain was stronger and i couldn't even move my eyes to look around. I could only look above me, where i saw some figure--like smoke. It didn't look like a ghost it was just like a cloud. Several minutes later, the pain was gone and i couldn't go back to sleep. Did i imagine this

Hiya really enjoyed this story, so unusual. As a child did you ever see ghosts or see figures out the corner of your eye. This sounds like you are susceptible to paranormal happenings.
